E Grey Industries LLC (“E Grey,” “we,” “us”) operates egreyindustries.com (the “Site”). This notice describes information processed through the public Site and business inquiry forms. It does not govern information handled under separate employment, subcontractor, vendor, or customer agreements. Effective date: October 9, 2026.
You may provide your name, business name, job title, email, telephone number, project location, proposed scope, schedule, budget, message, and materials submitted through contact or project inquiry forms. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, health records, or restricted construction drawings through general forms. Site infrastructure may collect IP addresses, device/browser characteristics, referral information, pages viewed, timestamps, and security logs and other generally collected visitor information.
Information comes from you, your business representatives, technical operations of the Site, and vendors that support hosting, forms, analytics, or security. We may receive referrals from third-party business contacts.

We will review requests, verify identity as appropriate, and honor applicable legal rights and exceptions. Additional rights may apply based on jurisdiction and our activities.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
External websites and embedded third-party services have their own privacy practices. We do not control those services and encourage visitors to review their notices.
E Grey operates in New York. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
